ABOUT THE JOB

Trivers is currently seeking a Project Manager who shares a desire to create thoughtful, lasting, and inspired architecture. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Architecture, Design, or Construction Management industry. Some of the PM responsibilities include participating in collaborative design effort, managing project and team workflow, procurement of projects, negotiating and preparation of contracts, and the maintaining of client relationships. Candidates must possess an extensive understanding of building technology and structures; and have outstanding communication and client interaction skills, problem solving skills and the ability to lead and develop a project team.

REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS

Prior experience within one of our target markets of Hospitality, Higher Education, Civic & Government, or Housing is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Professional architecture degree is required. Architectural license required. Trivers Associates is an equal opportunity employer.
