ABOUT THE JOB

O’Kelly Kasprak seeks a Project Manager to add their growing architecture and design firm. Candidate should be organized, self-directed, collaborative, experienced in managing others, and looking for a team oriented and supportive environment. The firm does offer a hybrid work from home environment after an initial period in the office. Role oversees design teams across multiple projects:
• Responsible for managing projects through multiple phases of design
• Responsible for mentoring less experienced staff
• Should be knowledgeable and proficient in the following tasks:
o Overseeing others
o Reviewing documents for quality control and adherence to program requirements
o Planning/Cartooning a construction documents set
o Managing internal and external communication
o Tracking project schedule/hours
• Would meet with principals weekly on projects
• Would meet with design team daily or bi-weekly to review progress
• May complete some production deliverables

REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS

• 8+ years of experience in the architectural or interior design field
• Experience leading a project team
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficient Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience in hospitality design is encouraged
• Experience in Revit is encouraged
• Architectural licensing path is encouraged
