ABOUT THE JOB
O'Kelly Kasprak seeks a project manager that is organized, proactive, and ready for a new challenge to join thier Chicago West Loop based studio. The project manager would work alongside project teams on hospitality focused projects varying in scale, complexity and project type. Specific tasks include managing multiple projects at a time to ensure quality and schedule goals are met, tracking milestones and deliverables, reviewing deliverables for quality control, coordinating with exernal consultants, communicating with project teams, meeting with clients, partiipating in proposal estimates, and meeting with firm leadership on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
• A positive, proactive and ambitious mindset
• 10-15 years of professional experience in the architectural or design field
• Experience managing project teams internally, as well as client and consultant communication externally
• Bachelor's or higher degree in architecture or design-related field
• Proficient Knowledge of AutoCAD (primary), Revit (secondary), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
• Be authorized to work in the United States
