We are a cloud-based firm with staff in Tucson and the Chicago area serving clients nationally.
As Certified Passive House Consultants, we put energy efficiency at the forefront of our design process.
Our projects are located primarily in the Milwaukee area and the Southwest.

We are seeking highly-motivated project architects who are passionate about health care design and sustainability. Responsibilities will include organizing and directing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities: manage projects, collaborate on design, participate in user group meetings, execute construction documents, perform construction administration in the field, assist in reviewing of submittals, coordinate consultants, and maintain client relationships.
Experience with building, NFPA, and healthcare codes is a plus, as the job includes code research. Sustainability experience, especially Passive House experience, is also a plus.


A Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree from an accredited university. Licensed or registered architect preferred.
1 to 10 years of professional experience, healthcare experience preferred.
Candidates must be very proficient in Revit, BIM 360 and Microsoft Office. Experience with AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is a plus. Hand sketching ability is a plus.

Physical requirements include the ability to communicate clearly, to travel to and from meeting sites, and project sites for observing, investigating, and evaluating spaces. Ability to use office equipment to communicate and to document work. Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
