We are currently in need of a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our practice. Licensure in a US state is preferred. Professional degree in Architecture, with at least seven years of related experience is also preferred. This role is responsible for project delivery, supporting the design vision and documentation with an established technical knowledge of building systems and the building code. This position will also lead collaborations within the firm; communicate with clients and other project stakeholders; and coordinate with project consultants.

As part of a young, growing firm, we are seeking a candidate who is experienced, independent, self-motivated, and who also has strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Additionally, this role requires the ability to work on multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work, and collaborating with diverse teams.

7+ years of experience including project management and construction documentation
Strong understanding of building systems
Applicants should be proficient in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe
Excellent communication skills, including an ability to strengthen client relationships
Experience and knowledge of Chicago Building Code and permitting process preferred
Contribute to our firms collaborative culture
A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture
Licensure preferred
