We are seeking a motivated, mission-driven, and technically savvy architect or licensure candidate with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. 

The position requires:

  1. Project Management experience on projects ranging from $2-$10 million
  2. Participation in collaborative design process
  3. Extensive BIM modeling experience in ArchiCad (preferred) or Revit
  4. Creation of renderings, walk-throughs, and other presentation materials
  5. Creation and management of BIM model throughout design and documentation phases
  6. Organization of structure and layout of drawing sets
  7. Development of elevations, sections, details, and schedules
  8. Development of zoning and code reviews
  9. Coordination and communication with consultants
  10. Construction phase responsibilities, including submittal and RFI reviews and site visits
