Ideal Candidates will have 2-4 years related work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and advanced graphic skills including proficiency in Rhino, REVIT and other CADD software. Candidates should be able to work independently and also comfortable working under the guidance of others who have significant professional experience and expertise.
Ideal Candidates will have 4-6 years related work experience, advanced graphic skills including experience in Rhino, be proficient with REVIT and other CADD software, and have the ability to work independently as well as being comfortable working under the guidance of others who have significant professional experience and expertise. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be engaged in the work, contribute to the quality of the work and the collaborative nature of the office and project team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on multi-family housing and/or higher education projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an excellent internal and external communicator both verbally and graphically, able to effectively oversee project team milestone deliverables, while maintaining alignment with agreed contractual and financial project performance objectives. The Project Architect role demands a talented professional committed to our guiding principles of Advancing the World, Critical Thinking, Integrated Practice and Design Excellence to function at both strategic thought and hands-on leadership levels, exercising familiarity with the use of Revit.
Ideal Candidates will be degreed, LEED accredited, and have at least 3 years’ experience in the design of corporate, hospitality and restaurant/retail facilities. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be well versed in design and implementation of contract interiors and have experience in space planning, spatial design, material selection, furniture selection and contract documents. Experience with REVIT and competency with diverse digital design media is essential.
Sr. Interior Designer:
Ideal Candidates will be degreed, LEED accredited, and have at least 10 years’ experience in the design of Corporate Workplace projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be well versed in the design and implementation of contract interiors and have experience in conceptual design, space planning, design development, material selection, furniture selection and contract documents. Ability to lead projects and design teams is essential and experience with REVIT, and competency with diverse digital design media is required.
REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS
All positions require a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. LEED AP preferred. Revit experience required. Licensure preferred for Project Architect and Sr. Interior Designer positions. Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible. Ability to work well with others under deadline situations.
