About our Marketing Team:
Housed within Media-Objectives, the firm’s experiential design studio, our marketing team is integral to both our business and the creative vitality that fuels innovative, award-winning design. The multidisciplinary nature of our practice requires the team to wear many hats—strategists, storytellers, innovators and designers. We’re the voice of the firm, responsible for telling stories behind our work as well as steering and expanding our national presence.


Who We’re Looking For:
Much like the Windy City where we’re headquartered, our daily tasks and roles are often in flux. We’re looking for a self-starter who can collaborate with our various teams, and contribute creative ideas and solutions. • Develops, produces and ensures the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, etc.
• Acts as process driver for business development opportunities to ensure the most efficient procedures and protocols are in place
• Writing content for proposals and qualifications, and proof-reading narrative content on the firm, our work and our people
• Produce Marketing Collateral (Brochures, General Portfolio, Special Announcements)
• Manage submissions to award programs, including calendar and database
• Develop presentations in collaboration with the firm’s leadership
• Manage and maintain digital library of marketing and communication assets
• Assists in coordinating logistics for photo/video shoots
• Develop and maintain staff resumes and database
• Collaborate on and support maintenance of firm Website
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of firm’s portfolio of work, practice areas, people, and firm wide capabilities


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or design-related field
• 2yrs+ of professional experience in Marketing or related field
• Required work authorization: United States

Essential Skills:
• Creative thinker and awareness of design principles
• Skilled writer (must provide samples)
• Expertise in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required
• Expertise in Google Documents and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of architectural drawings and renderings
• Ability to thoughtfully communicate, verbally and in writing
• Ability to self manage workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong desire to stay ahead of the trends
• Ability to research and apply emerging technologies

Non-Essential Skills:
Experience and knowledge of Web Development
Experience with social media platforms
Video and Photo editing capabilities are a plus, but not required
