products is seeking a project manager to add to their team.

ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Candidate must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Candidate will be responsible for reviewing technical drawings and details for product line.
Candidate will be responsible for client communication from kick off thru project closeout
Candidate must be able to resolve complex issues related to assembly and installation of product line.
Candidate must be able to resolve complex issues related to design changes due to structural integrity / installability of product and communicate back to all interested parties.
Candidate must be able to interpret field information obtained and determine if any modifications are needed to the product.
Candidate must be willing to work closely with other members of the team.
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining multiple projects at a time and keep an active status report as they progress from initiation to completion.
Candidate should possess good organization skills, file management and communication.
REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTS
Minimum 3 years’ architectural project experience (Project Architect/Manager) required
Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, organized and effective under pressure
Software skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proficient in reading Architectural drawings
Have 3d visional interpretation of construction situations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Dedicated and trustworthy person with extra attention to detail
Construction experience helpful
Knowledgeable of industry terminology and standard construction methods / materials preferred
