Intermediate Architect/Architectural Designer

We are seeking intermediate architects and architectural designers with 3 to 5 years of experience to act as Project Captain and assist the Project Manager and Studio Manager in the successful management of multiple projects. The Project Captain oversees the day-to-day progress of projects, leads the coordination of consultants and has direct interaction with the clients. 

Candidates should be able to work as part of a team as well as independently with limited guidance from senior staff. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of construction documents, including project set up and coordination of documents based on client standards and applicable codes. Individuals will also be responsible for leading small projects or components of large projects, acting as project designer on smaller projects, and providing direction to more junior staff. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects with demanding deadlines. 


Applicants must have a professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university. Professional registration or licensure is a plus. Applicants must have experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
