Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects (SNHA) is an award winning architectural practice formed of the merger of Nagle Hartray Architects and Sheehan Partners, ltd (SPARCH). This merger brought together the 50+ legacy and diversity of project types of the Nagle Hartray office with the technical experience and performance-driven design approach that had made SPARCH a leader in the design of mission critical facilities. We seek motivated candidates who are passionate about their work and fired by intellectual curiosity. In our office, we will challenge you to create great designs and work with clients to present your ideas. We will also challenge you to develop those designs in the preparation of construction document while working with contractors to make those designs real. We seek candidates at both the entry level (2-4 years experience) and at a more advanced level (4-6 years experience). Qualified candidates must have a M. Arch degree and possess strong design and execution skills. Candidates must have proficiency in the use of Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation. Candidates should also have strong digital modeling skills and possess well developed organization as well as strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills Additionally, an understanding of sustainable practices and current building technologies is required. Strong problem solving skills, a passion for learning, and an ability to collaborate and work within a team setting are essential
