ABOUT THE JOBProvides building information modeling and routine drafting as required throughout the duration of projects. • Collaborate with Principals and Project Designer for project feasibility, entitlements, and concept design. • Reviews documents and provides quality control of deliverables. • Develops, checks and coordinates technical aspects of the design of a project; including permitting, jurisdictional research, permit application and permit tracking. • Prepares and assists with the project code review. • Participates in conference calls, submittal review, RFI review, and ASI’s. • Follows established standards for project production and review. • Corresponds and coordinates with consultants, clients, and contractors. • Supports production of the construction documents. • Coordinates with a Project Architect for a smooth execution of the project.
REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICANTSFour-Year Architecture degree is required, Master’s in Architecture preferred. Three to five years working experience in healthcare design and a demonstrated capacity for architectural sensitivity. Strong proficiency in Revit/BIM and 3D Modeling. Must possess strong technical and graphic communication skills.
