ABOUT THE COMPANY

Interactive Design is a name we chose carefully and specifically as it represents, in a single phrase, the experience of working with us – two-way. Responsive. Hands-on. Direct. Years of experience and hundreds of projects have confirmed that our success hinges not only on the design process, but also on thoughtful listening and patient attention to the demands of a client’s culture. To this end, Interactive Design values communication and consciously curates a staff of experienced and capable leaders to ensure our clients have access to exactly what they need - skill, discernment, creativity - without cumbersome, hierarchical layers. We embrace collaboration - among staff, with clients and other thought leaders in our profession - as an opportunity to create, learn, grow, and continually evolve. Our portfolio includes projects for the University of Illinois, University of Chicago, Lincoln Park Zoo and the General Services Administration and features collaborations such as The Modern Wing at the Art Institute of Chicago with Renzo Piano Building Workshop and our on-going work as Associate Architect to Tod Williams | Billie Tsien Architects for The Obama Presidential Center. We are certified as a Minority-owned and Woman-owned Business Enterprise.
