Studio 222 is seeking a Project Manager with 4-8 years of relevant experience in overseeing all aspects of a project including: coordination with consultants, contractors, owner's representatives and internal project teams, detailing and construction document preparation, construction administration, management and quality control of commercial and multi-family residential projects.


  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing Architectural License
  • 4 - 8 years of professional experience
  • BArch or MArch from an accredited university
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client service oriented and creative problem solver
  • Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools (AutoCAD 3D-Studio or SketchUp a plus)
  • Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
