We’re looking for a self-starter who can collaborate with our various teams, and contribute creative ideas and solutions. Assist in preparing complete and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes by performing the following duties.

Involvement with pre-design and programming phases of a project.
Overseeing the production of design documents.
Managing clients with multiple projects.
Maintaining relationships with clients to provide a high level of service.
Guiding and producing all document phases of a project, SD, DD, CD and CA.
Coordinating project consultant efforts.
Consults in the planning, design and coordination of large complex projects.
Responsible for technical design aspects of an assigned major project including investigation, evaluation and recommendations.
Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.
Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
Knowledge of local building code is required.
Serving as the technical leader and project manager for significant development projects. The ability to manage several simultaneous projects is a requirement, overlooking different project teams.
Establishing the initial project schedule and regular maintenance of project schedules. This activity includes the recommendation of appropriate staffing for each design activity.
Strong collaboration and organizational skills are a must.
Hands on approach and flexibility are a must.
Strong Project Management skills.


Required Qualifications:
B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
6 or more years of architecture practice experience (including at least 1 year of U.S. experience)
Strong design portfolio.

Other Requirements
Experience with Revit is preferred.
U.S. Architectural License preferred
Knowledge of the City Building Code is preferred.
Other duties as assigned.
