ABOUT THE JOBArchitect (for PM/PA roles with at least 5 years of experience in such roles)
A technically knowledgeable and energetic individual with leadership skills and growth potential. Experience in projects for institutional clients is preferred. Ability to develop and produce documents in Revit is a must.
Applicant should be ready to be involved in all areas of project work -- with team, client and consultant interface. Should be qualified to develop and produce independently design and construction documents. Duties will include coordination with clients and consultants, delegating and overseeing work with junior staff, reporting and coordinating with principals. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office required. Licensed architect or individual close to obtaining license highly desirable.
Architectural Associate (for CDA O'Hare Airport RSIP architectural technicians team)
This is an entry level position. Architectural Bachelor's Degree desirable. AutoCAD proficiency and excellent oral and communication skills are a must. Past experience working in an architecture office desirable.

Annual salary for PM/PA position would be commensurate with experience ($65K to $90K). Annual salary for Architectural Associate entry level position is $45K.
