We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant with professional service experience, preferably in the architecture field, to join our team. We are actively seeking a self-motivated professional with proven communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the partners of the firm in a fast-paced, deadline driven, creative environment. Responsibilities include; • Complete a range of administrative tasks as assigned by the partners of the firm, including; o Manage partner calendars o Prioritize and schedule meetings to maintain a high level of efficiency o Send and reply to emails for partners, as directed o Answer and reply to phone calls, as requested o Manage confidential information • Provide responsive and courteous support to our clients and employees, in person, over the phone and by email • Backup coverage for receptionist • Special projects and other duties as assigned


• Professional appearance, positive, and energetic team player • Superior communications skills both verbal and written • Self-motivated and detail orientated • Associates or higher degree • Minimum of 2 years previous administrative experience, ideally in architecture or related field • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel required • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator) desired Send resume and salary history to
