OKW Architects is looking for an Accounting Manager, with a minimum 5 years of experience in the field, to manager our day-to-day financial and accounting requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, a critical eye for accuracy, as well as good customer relations and clear communication are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include: Using the Deltek Ajera Software the Accounting Manger will: Create, confirm and send out client invoices in coordination with project managers, maintain accounting ledger as required, month-end close, and year-end close. Manage the full-cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Prepare bank account reconciliations, monitor expense bank account balance and prepare and post daily deposits. Run and prepare financial reporting and analysis. Resolve inconsistencies in vendor and client billings in accordance with OKW's policies.


Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Finance/Accounting. 5 + years of experience working in a professional environment. OKW uses Deltek Ajera accounting and project management software. Ideal candidate will have experience in Ajera or similar software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Supervise the administrative assistant in accounting tasks. Strong leadership and communication skills a must.
