  • AIAU Live Course: 2030 Commitment: Keeping Your Firm and Team Engaged
    • Learn more about methods three 2030 signatories use to keep their teams engaged and motivated to report 2030 data.
    • Does your firm struggle to report project data or engage project teams on 2030 Commitment goals? Perhaps meeting the goals seems too burdensome and you fell off the reporting wagon. You are not alone. Fewer than half of the 2030 signatory firms report project data each year. Achieving carbon-neutral buildings by the year 2030 requires active participation by firms of every size. As Peter Drucker said, “If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.”
    • There is no one way for firms to manage and report 2030 data. In this live course, leaders from three 2030 signatory firms will explore the variety of methods they use to keep their teams engaged and motivated to report. Speakers will discuss a centralized approach to reporting as well as a more distributed model that drives accountability into project teams. You’ll also hear about an innovative approach to reporting developed in partnership with the Energy Trust of Oregon.
