Craig Brandt, AIA, principal from HBRA Architects, will give a talk about the design of the Harris Theater in Millennium Park, this year’s winner of AIA Chicago’s Ten Year Award for Design Excellence. A tour its public spaces will follow with behind-the-scenes access to the theater, accompanied by Joshua Grossman, principal from Schuler Shook Theatre Planners, who will show how this theater fulfills its role as a home for several beloved performance companies as well as the host for significant nationally renowned performances.
The tour will conclude in HBRA’s recently completed events space addition for refreshments.
