700 South Clinton

Chicago, Illinois / United States of America

The proposed 700 South Clinton represents a new build- to-suit opportunity designed for the specific requirements of high technology trading companies. The 150,000 SF building is conveniently located within walking distance of the 'Loop' financial district, and is one block from the CTA blue line station. It is designed to have an extraordinary selection of amenities, including indoor parking, cafe, fitness and multiple outdoor terraces. Environmentally, the building is projected to be LEED platinum with a high level of photovoltaics, natural daylighting, geothermal heating/cooling and rain water collection/irrigation systems.

The building has specific, technical infrastructure to support complex computer operations including raised access floors, which allow underfloor air delivery with minimal ductwork, while 15 foot floor-to-floor heights and a continuous glass skin will facilitate natural daylighting. The top floor houses a high ceiling trading operation while grade level will be devoted to sidewalk retail spaces.
