Rolex Tower Penthouse

Interior Architecture Award Submission

Located on Dubai’s prestigious Sheik Zayed Road, Rolex Tower is a 59-story mixed-use tower with two exclusive residential penthouse apartments. The larger of the two penthouses, located on floor 59, was conceived as a design strategy where restrained elegance permeates every aspect of this 4,000 square foot home, allowing the unit to adapt to a broad market and wide range of tastes. The apartment has three bedrooms and three and half baths, plus bed and bath accommodations for two maids. In all aspects, this penthouse apartment offers a dynamic and luxurious living experience in one of the world’s most exciting settings. The unit features a 1500 square foot indoor/outdoor terrace with a slatted, open-air aluminum ceiling and a private 12.25-meter long swimming pool. For privacy purposes, the penthouse was conceived in a formal fashion; the floor plan offers maximum privacy for the master suite and complete separation from the two guest bedrooms by placing these areas in two separate wings of the apartment. A minimal palette of elegant yet durable materials allows the apartment to adapt to a wide range of lessees, while maintaining a refined and sophisticated appearance.
