Usually private offices line the perimeter window wall, but in this project open workstations have the views. The workstations are standardized so that individuals can relocate effortlessly through simple 'briefcase' moves. Executive offices form the center of the office space and have glass walls that create an open, non-hierarchical environment. This configuration allows all employees to benefit from natural light.
Training rooms, meeting rooms and lounge areas were scattered about in the company's previous offices, but in this project they cluster around the reception area. The rooms can still function independently, but they can also be opened into one large presentation room via three pivoting doors. The reception area is a symbol of the company. A large cylinder, built into the wall represents the core strength of the business, while up-lighting generates a feeling of comfort and warmth for clients and personnel.
