Ken Dunn; Founder and Director

One of the main goals of the Chicago based, non-profit Resource Center is to move society toward a sustainable future.  Resource Center's model of improving society is most simply: to discover resources--both human and material--whose value has been overlooked, and bring them together in a creative way to make a sustainable project into an element of sustainable community.  Ken Dunn has offered to collaborate on creative ways to recycle, reuse materials and take advantage of an objects unrealized potential.  Interested finalists are invited to contact Ken Dunn on his mobile phone at 773.758-1351.

The Chicago Recycling Coalition is a non-profit working to improve Chicago's Blue Bag program, educate Chicagoans about benefits of composting food and yard waste, and provide information on recycling and source reduction.  The Chicago Recycling Coalition will field email based questions from finalists regarding receptacle use (ie. signage, size, accessibility, ease of use etc.) Please send questions to info@chicagorecycling.org .

Kreysler & Associates is a California-based custom fabrication shop specializing in the design, engineering and manufacturing of composite (fiberglass reinforced) products. They provide unique technology for creating accurate enlargements of sculptures and other complex shapes.   Makai has offered consultation on methods and materials to interested finalists.
