Description
Candidate will be working directly with the principal and senior staff members in developing 3D images/renderings using SketchUp and Maxwell for ongoing and upcoming projects within the firm. Requirements
Successful candidates must be proficient in Sketch Up and Maxwell (3D modeling program), have a good sense of design aesthetics and possess creativity, self-discipline, and strong leadership and organizational skills. Candidates must have design experience working on medium to large-scale residential, commercial, retail and/or mixed-use project types. Finally, candidates should be fast in developing 3D images from sketches. ArchiCad experience is a plus, but not required. Please send resume and portfolio of work.
