Description
In Chicago, 4240 Architecture is seeking a Project Architect with 6 - 8 years of experience in all phases of design and construction. Candidates should be able to work directly with clients, contractors, and consultants. Experience working on projects of $1 million to $50 million in the housing, hospitality and office markets is desired. Experience with international projects is desired. The candidate should be well versed in a variety of building systems, construction types, and project delivery methods. The candidate should be fluent and comfortable in design dialogue and enjoy working in an open studio environment. Candidate must possess a minimum of a master’s degree in architecture. AutoCad and Revit experience is required. Architectural registration and LEED accreditation preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience level.
