Description
PH is seeking an Architectural Designer/Sr. Project Architect with 8-15 years design experience with prior experience in medium to large-scale residential, commercial, retail and/or mixed-use project types. Responsibilities will include planning and design, presentations to client, preparation of Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. Requirements
Successful candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, or a Master's degree in Architecture and possess creativity, self-disciple, and strong leadership and organization skills. In addition, candidates must have CAD experience , advanced skills in design, design process, 3D sketching (SketchUp software knowledge preferred), and computer modeling. ArchiCad experience is highly desired, but not required. Salary
