AIA Chicago celebrates local winners of 2013 AIA Young Architects Award

Five local AIA Chicago members receive 2013 Young Architects Award honors

The AIA Young Architects Award is given to individuals who have shown exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to the profession in an early stage of their architectural career.

Each year, AIA distinguishes individuals for meritorious achievement who have been licensed to practice architecture fewer than 10 years. This year, of the 15 recipients, five are AIA Chicago members.

Recent Architecture School Graduates: AIA offers you complimentary membership for 2012/2013*

*AIA Chicago offers 2012/2013 graduates, from accredited schools of architecture with either a MArch or BArch degree, a complimentary membership at the Associate AIA level for national, state and local benefits. The promotion begins upon date of graduation and can include up to 18 months of membership. (e.g., a June 2012 graduate receives a complimentary membership through December 31, 2013).
